As per the plan, the corridor will be a totally car-free zone. This is to ensure the safety of pedestrians and to reduce pollution. The corridor will also become a green zone, with on-site waste management and solar powered lighting and sound systems. The place can be used for movie screening and other performances. It will also house a street art gallery, space for children to paint, a library space and eateries. An interactive sculpture is another idea under consideration.

It will be an all-inclusive design that is friendly to the elderly, differently abled, transgender, women, and children.
