Thiruvananthapuram to host its first international game after 29 years.

The online ticket sales will commence on October 16 through the Federal Bank portal ‘www.federalbank.co.in’

After a gap of 29 years, Trivandrum will be hosting an international match on the 7th of November. The zest to witness the India-NZ T20 is even-handed between the old and young. Greenfield Stadium had met the criteria and the venue was approved around 4 months back.

There is a perceptible excitement in the crowd and the event needs no marketing, but the Kerala Cricket Academy (KCA) is all geared up to promote the event in a substantial way.

The online ticket sales will commence on October 16 through the Federal Bank portal ‘www.federalbank.co.in’ and the KCA website would also carry the link. Online ticket sales would be closed on the 29th of October. The sale of physical tickets would begin on the 30th of October through the various Federal Bank branches.

The tickets are priced at Rs.700, Rs.1000 and Rs.2000.  With an authorisation from the school/ college authorities, students can grab the Rs.700 tickets for a catch of Rs.350

Five thousand tickets at the upper tier would be kept aside for students who will get a 50 per cent discount”, said Jayesh George, KCA secretary.

The teams are expected to reach the city on the 5th of November. The much awaited day is just a few weeks from today.
