Confederation of Indian Industry, Trivandrum Zone is organizing a one day workshop on “Doing Business with Social Media” on 12th July 2013 at Park Centre, Technopark Campus.
The workshop will enable the attendees to think business when they think social media business and to use social media tools to achieve their business. The attendees will get a bigger picture of the potential of social media in co-creation and crowd sourcing of entire business value. The workshop will equip the participants with knowledge on how to evolve an end-to-end social co-creation strategy exclusively for their own organizations to address their immediate and long term business challenges by collaborating with external stakeholders like customers. The workshop will be conducted by Mr G Sankaranarayanan, Managing Partner, Younomy Consulting Services, and Publisher & Editor, India CoCreates, an online magazine.
The session will cover topics such as Ways to think business in a new way – “social business”, Boosting the productivity of your social media team and improving ROI on social media investment, Co-creation and crowd sourcing of specific business value, How to design social websites and social platforms of our own, How to promote brand and build customer communities using social media. Participants will be given worksheets and opportunities for group discussion, brainstorming, and individual thinking to complete worksheets.
