Customer Service Executive

Act as an important link between the client and the operations team. Attend client calls, interact with clients frequently, manage job queues and communicate feedback to operations team. Control cost through effective utilization of personnel, materials and equipment. Recognize performance and behavioral problems in team and act proactively to ensure productivity is unhampered

  • Operate as a vital link between the client and the operations
  • Monitor/assign jobs to team to ensure maximum utilization of resources
  • Play an important role with CM to develop an environment that provides motivation and opportunities for the team
  • Assess, understand, analyze the client requirement and ensure the deadlines are adhered to
  • Manage queues / workflow and shift scheduling
  • Check / monitor absenteeism
  • Support CM collate operations metrics and MIS in relation to productivity, utilization, profit & loss statements, revenue generation
  • Oversee intake process, MIS
