Murugadoss<\/strong> will team up again for an untitled project next year. However, the film will not be sequel to &#8220;<a title=\"Thuppakki\" href=\"http:\/\/movies.entecity.com\/films\/thuppakki\/\">Thuppakki<\/a>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Vijay and Murugadoss sir will team up again in 2014. It will be a fresh project, but not a sequel to &#8216;Thuppakki&#8217;. The script is in its final stage of completion,&#8221; said a source close to Vijay.<\/p>\n<p>Vijay also confirmed the news on his Twitter page Saturday &#8220;<em>With Murugadoss sir next year!<\/em>&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Thuppakki revived Vijay&#8217;s career with many top directors including<strong> Bala<\/strong> approaching for future films. Director Murugadoss says that he has three stories on mind. One is an action packed flick, another is reportedly a love story and the third is a sequel to Thuppakki. \u00a0The <strong>sequel to Thuppakki<\/strong> will start in the near future.<\/p>\n<p>The filmmaker is trying to rope in <strong>Asin<\/strong> as Vijay&#8217;s pair. Asin and Vijay made a nice on-screen couple in the film Pokkiri. Currently the director is busy with the Hindi remake of Thuppalli starring Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha. Meanwhile, the 39-year old actor is currently busy shooting for Tamil action-drama &#8220;Jilla&#8221; which also stars <a title=\"Gautham Menon to direct Malayalam films with Mohanlal and Fahadh?\" href=\"http:\/\/movies.entecity.com\/gautham-menon-to-direct-malayalam-films-with-mohanlal-and-fahadh\/\">Mohanlal<\/a>.
