General Motors has launched the much awaited Chevrolet Enjoy MPV in India<\/strong>.\u00a0 The car is available in both petrol and diesel and comes in three trims with prices starting from Rs 5.49 lakh ex-Delhi. The new multi-purpose vehicle is basically an upgraded version of the Chinese made Wuling CN-100 van, a product of General Motors-SAIC-Wuling partnership. The Enjoy will take on Maruti Ertiga and Nissan Evalia.<\/p>\n

“Enjoy is positioned in the fastest growing Utility Vehicle space. With its features and aggressive prices, we hope to get good response from the market.” says P Balendran, VP, General Motors India.<\/p>\n

Chevrolet Enjoy<\/em> has a spacious interior, a monocoque body and rear-wheel drive. The car comes with 7 and 8 seater configuration. The 8-seater gets benches in the middle and last row, while the 7-seater has captain seats in the first two rows and a bench in the third. There is a maximum of 630 litres of boot space, with the third row folded.<\/p>\n

The 1.4-litre petrol puts out 103bhp and 13.25kgm of torque, while the diesel engine is a 1.3-litre unit that puts out 76bhp and 19.17kgm of torque. Both engines are mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The company claims that Enjoy has a fuel efficiency of 18.2kmpl.<\/p>\n

Enjoy comes with dual tone interiors, wood and finish AC vents. It boasts of features like tilt adjustable steering, 12V power outlet in 3rd row, front and rear power windows, power adjustable OVRM and height adjustable driver seat. The top-end LTZ variant comes with twin air bags for the front passengers, EBD, ABS, remote keyless entry with buzzer and rear wiper with washer. General Motors is offering a 3 year \/1 lakh kms warranty for the Enjoy.<\/p>\n

Chevrolet Enjoy<\/em><\/span> is available in six different colours- Velvet Red, Caviar Black, Linen Beige, Switchblade Silver, Sanddrift Grey and Summit White<\/p>\n
