Few days before, the internet giant had<a title=\"Yahoo Acquires Tumblr For $1.1 Billion\" href=\"http:\/\/news.entecity.com\/yahoo-acquires-tumblr-for-1-1-billion\/\" target=\"_blank\"> purchased a micro-blogging platform, Tumblr<\/a>, which gave the founder $1.2 Billion and became the largest Social Media Site acquisition in world. Now, News says that Yahoo is now bidding for Hulu, a website that offers TV Show streaming FREE. The auction news was out a while back and now Yahoo has joined the bidders\u2019 list.<\/p>\n<p>No news class is specifying the bid amount of internet giant. However, a source said Reuters that the bid amount is between $1 Billion and $2 Billion. Media was not actually expecting such a move from Yahoo as the company had already bought Tumblr and PlayerScale. The auction is not yet finished and it gives a clue that more bidders will be entering the play.<\/p>\n<p>Bye the way, Hulu is quite popular streaming service comprising 4 million users, which will be even apt for a bid larger than 2 Billion dollars. The service is said to have generated revenue of $700 Million last year itself.
