In Kerala World Blood Donor Day was first observed in 2012 through events raising awareness on the need for Safe Blood and Blood Products and honouring those who have voluntarily donated blood to save many lives.<\/p>\n<p>To mark this occasion and to create awareness about blood donation, the welfare team called <strong>\u2018Sparsham\u2019<\/strong> at NeST Software will conduct an awareness walk on Friday in Technopark. The event will be flagged off by actor and RCC brand ambassador Suresh Gopi.<\/p>\n<p>Sparsham will distribute pamphlets and leaflets showing the importance of blood donation in saving lives. It is expected that around 200 volunteers from different companies in Technopark will participate in the walk. Last year, the team had organized 4 blood camps in Technopark in association with RCC and other hospitals.
