All political parties, trade, students, service organisations, farmers and farm workers organisations, environmental and civil society organisations are requested to join the struggle.<\/p>\n<p>Various local social and environmental organisations are leading an agitation against the Airport project saying that it would destroy many of the characteristics that qualify Aranmula as a heritage village by the Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage.
