It gives the possibility to explore the higher dimensions of life and offers tools to engineer one&#8217;s self through the inner science of yoga. Inner Engineering is a modern antidote to stress, and presents simple but powerful processes from yogic science to purify the system and increase health and inner well being. The yoga is a proven tool for preventive health that has helped countless find relief from chronic diseases like hypertension, diabetes, rheumatism, asthma, arthritis, back pain, epilepsy, migraine, sinusitis, allergic problem, eye and skin ailments.<\/p>\n<p>The practices taught in Inner Engineering require no previous experience or physical agility. It will take approximately 21 minutes and are easy to integrate into one\u2019s daily life. For over 25 years, Inner Engineering has empowered hundreds of thousands of people around the world, from all ages and backgrounds.<\/p>\n<p>Isha Foundation, founded by <strong>Sadhguru,<\/strong> is a volunteer-run, international nonprofit organization dedicated to cultivating human potential.\u00a0 The Foundation is a human service organization that recognizes the possibility of each person to empower another &#8211; restoring global community through inspiration and individual transformation. It is operated by over 2 Million volunteers from more than 150 city-based centers spread worldwide.
