The situation became tensed and the audience called the police. Meanwhile, unable to bear the heat the audience opened the main doors to the hall. By the time police have arrived, movie has already started. Police intervened and the theatre agreed to turn on the air-conditioning system.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Many people complained that it is a common occurrence that SL theatres switch off the A\/C while the film is screened.<\/strong> The theatre also extorts money from the people in the name of <strong>3D glasses<\/strong>. Many other theatres in the city also follow the same practise. \u00a0According to the law, theatre should switch on air-conditioning system during the entire screening of the film and license of those theatres who violate the rule are terminated.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theatres in most places are dirty, not air-conditioned and not fit for a family outing<\/strong>. Current ticket rates in these theatres are very high compared to the facilities they offer. The comfort level of the average movie goer has increased.
