When the Phase 3 is completed Trivandrumites will have much to look forward to, since it is conceived as a package which includes IT, Entrainment and consumer oriented services. A whole new world of entertainment and shopping experience is being thrown open to the public with the completion of <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/news.entecity.com\/technopark-phase-3-nearing-completion\/\" target=\"_blank\">Technopark Phase 3<\/a><\/strong>. An expansive shopping complex rivaling those in other cities will be the main centre of attraction.<\/p>\n<p>The complex which spreads over <strong>10Lakh square feet<\/strong> will be constructed at a cost of <strong>Rs800 crores.<\/strong> Five star and four star hotels and sprawling shopping mall which houses international brands will be the highlights of the complex. Multiplex theatres and food parks will be part of the shopping mall. An executive hostel will be constructed for the convenience of techies who work at the Technopark, it can accommodate over 1000 persons and for those who come with families for short stays service apartments will be available. Phase 3 will also boast of a world-class convention centre and a multi-level car parking zone.<\/p>\n<p><strong>|Also Read &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/news.entecity.com\/microsoft-coming-to-technopark-trivandrum\/\" target=\"_blank\">Microsoft coming to Technopark Trivandrum?\u00a0<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Phase 3 is located between <a title=\"Trivandrum Technopark to go Wi-Fi\" href=\"http:\/\/news.entecity.com\/trivandrum-technopark-to-go-wi-fi\/\" target=\"_blank\">Technopark<\/a> phase 1 and 2 occupying an area of 92acres, of which 10 acres is set apart for the commercial complex. The project is conceived in such a way that the facilities will be available to the whole of Technopark and to the general public as well. The construction of buildings in phase 3 is almost complete and 20 companies have already been allotted space. With this the total number of companies functioning at Technopark has risen to 300.
