Japanese car major Honda has revealed the next generation global compact car 2014 Jazz. The 2014 Honda Jazz<\/strong> will make its world debut at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show in November.<\/p>\n

The car has a stunning new design and promises to provide an all new experience to the consumers. With its slopping hood and the huge cabin, the Jazz looks very distinctive. The car has refreshed exteriors with a new grille, new front and rear bumper with new headlights along with rear chrome garnish and 15-inch silver alloy wheels. The new Jazz has a 60mm increase in its length and the boot space has also increased to about 400 liters.<\/p>\n

Coming to the inside, the new Jazz features black and beige upholstery. The car is equipped with many new features such as stereoscopic dials, electrically retractable outside rear view mirrors, three model \u2018Magic seat\u2019 configuration and new reclining rear seats. With superior cabin space and the classy feel, Honda has clearly set a benchmark in the hatchback segment.<\/p>\n

Honda Jazz is powered by a 1.2-litre i-VTEC<\/strong>\u00a0engine which produces a peak power output of 89 BHP at 6200 RPM and peak torque output of 110 Nm at 4800 RPM. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The car can reach 100 km\/hr<\/strong> in around 13.5 seconds. Superior engine and suspension provides a butter smooth driving experience.<\/p>\n

Internationally, the Jazz will get 3 engine options: a 1.3-liter petrol, a 1.5-liter petrol, a 1.5-liter hybrid and a diesel engine as well. However, Jazz hybrid might not make its way to India. Jazz is also equipped with safety features such as the ABS and airbags, which is standard in all the models.
