The best part is, you don\u2019t need to manually trigger the app in the event of an emergency, the app will automatically alert your friends and family during such an event. When the phone undergoes a forced power off or experience prolonged signal loss, it will cause a fail-safe alert. The intelligent application can send out alerts even if the attacker forcefully destroys the phone.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/VJ_C0DtXJec\" frameborder=\"0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Features<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Sentinel can send SMS with location URL to see live location feed and can call your friends or family to enable instant action. All the emergency actions are locked onto a single aesthetically designed button. The app also makes multiple alerts with critical data as simple as a button-press. When the app is first installed, it will only take couple of steps. Just add your phone number and add the emergency contact, and then you are good to go. However, you will need to leave the GPS always ON. \u00a0Another main advantage of Sentinel is that, you need to enter a Pin Number in order to switch off the app. Sentinel\u2019s impact on your phone&#8217;s battery is very low and doesn\u2019t drain your battery very fast. Currently Sentinel only supports a handful of smart phones; hopefully they will roll out support for more devices soon.<\/p>\n<p>Sentinel\u2019s personal security is just one feature, it can be used in various other scenarios such as senior citizens can alert their doctors or parents can ensure their children&#8217;s security.
