CitYi Colours, the colourful celebration organized by Young Indians<\/a> took place in Trivandrum on Independence Day at Vellayambalam. Union Minister Shashi Tharoor and many other eminent personalities took part in the event.<\/p>\n

More than 60 youngsters, including college students rolled up their sleeves to paint the walls of the Keltron office at Vellayambalam with artsy images that reflect the heritage of Trivandrum.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Though the main theme of the event was the heritage of the capital city, talented artistes painted the walls of Keltron campus with images that depict colours of Kerala landscapes and tri-colours in the national flag. Cityi Colours also gave emphasis to women\u2019s right and their empowerment with many artistic concepts based on the issue.<\/p>\n

A total area of 1,300 square feet was painted and the work was completed by evening. Cityi Colours was organized by Young Indians, in association with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Keltron.<\/p>\n
