(<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.irctc.co.in\/\" target=\"_blank\">IRCTC<\/a>)<\/strong> has forayed into mobile space by <strong>launching an app for Windows Phone 8 and Windows 8 devices in collaboration with Microsoft.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With the new app users can book e-tickets in addition to the existing portal. Apart from booking tickets, the app will also offer a range of other services such as checking reservation status, train routes, availability of tickets, cancellation, booking history, favourites and lots more.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Know your TPIN<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>To use the app users need to enter the <strong>TPIN<\/strong>. The app interface is simple and easy to navigate. When you login the app shows most relevant services such as\u00a0 \u201cplan your trip\u201d, \u201ccheck your PNR status\u201d, \u201cpassenger info\u201d, \u201cquick book\u201d and \u201ccancellation\u201d up front. Like the web version, there are auto-suggestions for the station codes. Enter the details such as your seat preferences, class, mobile number and also the option to add an adult or child passenger.
