Actions have been taken against 58 persons for over speeding. License of the traffic violators will be suspended for one month. Penalty of 1000 Rupees will be charged for using helmets which have no ISI mark.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">After seizing the license, the authorities will issue notice to the offender who has to appear before the RTO or Joint RTO for giving statement. The number is 10,194 till September this year. In most of the accidents, the riders didn\u2019t wear helmets and exceeded the speed limit of 50 km per hour.\u201d says Transport Commissioner Rishi Raj Singh.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">In view of the rising statistics of accident fatalities in our roads, the Motor Vehicles Department is going forward with stringent actions against the traffic violations.
