Three high-mast lights will be erected \u2013 one on south of the walkway on Eve\u2019s Beach, one near the mosque and one on the Grove beach.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-13957\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2013-09-24 at 1.02.10 PM\" src=\"http:\/\/news.entecity.com\/files\/2013\/09\/Screen-Shot-2013-09-24-at-1.02.10-PM-768x486.png\" width=\"560\" height=\"354\" srcset=\"https:\/\/entecity.com\/news\/files\/2013\/09\/Screen-Shot-2013-09-24-at-1.02.10-PM-768x486.png 768w, https:\/\/entecity.com\/news\/files\/2013\/09\/Screen-Shot-2013-09-24-at-1.02.10-PM.png 1023w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 560px) 100vw, 560px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cLED lights will only be used and the lights will have a five-year maintenance contract. The total cost of the work is Rs.1.6 crore and the City Corporation will pay the electricity charges.\u201d Said DTPC secretary O.T. Prakash<\/p>\n<p>The DTPC has also renovated the Samudra Park near the entrance of KTDC\u2019s Hotel Samudra at a cost of Rs.45 lakh.
