Japanese bike manufacturers Honda has officially unveiled the all new CBR300R<\/strong> performance bike at the 12th China International Motorcycle Trade Exhibition being held in China. Unveiled as a global model, the new CBR300R is an update to the old CBR250R, giving it a new bodywork and a bigger engine for 2014.<\/p>\n

The biggest visual difference between the CBR300R and the CBR250R<\/a> is the new twin headlight resembles the one seen on the CBR500R set up in the CBR300R as against the Y shaped headlight design in the 250R. The bike also gets a new front fairing, which helps in further differentiating between the 250 and the 300. The exhaust seems to be similar to that of the CBR500R.<\/p>\n

However, there are no details on engine Specifications. It is expected that 300R could receive a 300cc engine which would have peak power of 35 PS and peak torque of 29 Nm.\u00a0 Honda CBR300R is likely to have lesser weight than the CBR250R, which weighs in at 167 kg.<\/p>\n

The Honda CBR300R has a diamond frame with truss structure and is likely to sport a new swingarm. The Honda CBR300R will be available with C-ABS. Honda CBR300 R will be available in 2 colours – Ross White and Millennium Red.<\/p>\n
