Majority of the public turns mere spectators or photographers when an accident victim pleads for help. If these victims are rushed to the hospitals within the &#8220;golden hour&#8221; their chances of survival will become high. Anyone can take part in the Trust. Even Plus-Two students can get enlisted as volunteers. Currently, as many as 37 volunteers had been trained under the first phase of the project.<\/p>\n<p>Motor Vehicles Department has been able to bring down the number of road accidents through various awareness programmes and stringent law enforcement drives.
