At an average, 100 motorcyclists are booked for this violation.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Even though the city is under the scan of squads under the charge of top officials like Transport commissioner, many of the bikers are still against the use of helmets. When caught riding without a helmet, the motorcyclists tends to escape citing lame excuses. The officials believe that when strict traffic rules are imposed, more is the lawbreakers.
