The audience poll award was won by Malayalam film \u2018101 Chodyangal\u2019 directed by Siddharth Siva. The Rajatha Chakoram (Silver Crow Pheasant) was presented to Kamaleswar Mukherjee who directed the Bengali film \u2018Meghe Dhaka Tara\u2019. The film was also awarded the NETPAC award for the best Asian film in the competition category. The Rajatha Chakoram for the best debutant director was awarded to Argentinean director Ivan Vescovo for the film \u2018Errata\u2019. Errata was also honoured with FIPRESCI award as the best competition movie.<\/p>\n<p>The FIPRESCI award for the best Malayalam film was bagged by \u2018Kanyaka Talkies\u2019 directed by KR Manoj. PP Sudevan\u2019s \u2018CR No: 89\u2019 won the NETPAC award for the best Malayalam film. Parviz bagged the top honour after surviving a great challenge from the Turkish film \u2018Story Teller\u2019. 101 Chodyangal overpowered the Australian film \u2018The Rocket\u2019 at the final leg to grab the audience poll award. lastThe awards were presented by the Chief Minister Oommen Chandy at the closing ceremony conducted at Nishagandhi auditorium. South Korean Filmmaker Kim Ki Duk was the chief guest for the function.
