Their adaptation of this service is called as \u2018Express Delivery\u2019. Amazon India and Flipkart were the first ones to launch this service in India. It\u2019s said that the rising competition in the e-commerce sector is the vital reason that online shopping sites are introducing such services.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The most exciting part is that Snapdeal does this service free of cost. However, the service is only available in Delhi and Gurgaon now. Same-day shipping is restricted to limited products too.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.in\/\" target=\"_blank\"> Amazon India<\/a> was the first to introduce this service in first week of December, followed by Flipkart in the second week of December. However, they charge a delivery cost of Rs99 and Rs90 respectively. Snapdeal will deliver the product on the same day of ordering, whereas its competitors deliver the next day after placing the order. Snapdeal plans to introduce the service soon in Mumbai and Bangalore.
