Kawasaki has added a seventh motorcycle to its line-up in India with the launch of the Kawasaki Z800<\/strong> priced at Rs 8.05 lakh. Kawasaki Z800 is the fifth CBU to go on sale in India.<\/p>\n

Kawasaki Z800 is powered by 806cc liquid-cooled in-line 4-engine that delivers 113 PS of peak power at 10,200 rpm, and 83 Nm of torque at 8000 rpm. The powerful engine is mated to 6-speed gear box. The bike is capable of reaching a top speed of 233 kmph.<\/p>\n

\u00a0The bike features 41 mm inverted fork upfront and Piggyback-reservoir-equipped rear shock. For braking it uses a dual semi-floating, four-piston, 310 mm petal at front and single 250 mm petal disc, single-piston at rear. The bike weighs 229kg and has a fuel tank with a capacity of 17-litres.<\/p>\n

In terms of design, Z800 is aggressive and stunning. The minimal, sharp bodywork, elegant curves of the exhaust header pipes and a buffed finish complement makes Z800 a fierce street-fighter styling. The relationship between pegs, seat and handlebars was designed to enhance communication between rider and the machine, giving the rider a confidence-inspiring feeling of control. New seat design also contributes to increased comfort for rider and passenger.<\/p>\n

The Z800 comes with futuristic looking instrument panel featuring a triple LCD screen which includes a level-meter-style tachometer, fuel gauge, remaining range and the Economical Riding Indicator.<\/p>\n
