Bangalore remains the most attractive IT\/ITeS outsourcing location in the world, followed by Manila, Mumbai and Delhi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>According to 2014 Tholons report, Trivandrum is ranked at the 68th position among the top 100 outsourcing destinations in the world. Last year, Trivandrum was in the 66th position.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Six other Indian cities \u2013 Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune are in the top 10 most attractive outsourcing locations in the world. The 2014 edition of this survey also shows that several Indian tier-2 cities have significantly improved their attractiveness over the past year. Chandigarh (23), Kolkata (25), Jaipur (38) and Ahmedabad (63) have improved their rankings.<\/p>\n<p>Tholons ranks cities based on six parameters: scale &amp; quality of talent; cost; economic profile of city; infrastructure; political and social risk, risk of natural disasters etc; and quality of life. Countries such as US, UK, Mexico, Brazil, Philippines, Indonesia, China, Canada and other European countries were among the survey.
