#Automotive:<\/strong> <\/em>The French automobile giant Renault has unveiled the 2014 edition of their premium SUV, the all-new Renault Koleos. The new Koleos will be available in three variants with prices starting from Rs 22.33 lakh.<\/p>\n

The biggest change on the car is the all-new new chrome front grille with stylish chrome side protectors and a larger and higher placed company logo. It also gets silver satin roof rails, LED equipped indicators on door mirrors and new 17 inch two tone alloy wheels.<\/p>\n

\"Renault<\/p>\n

Unlike earlier model that was available only as a 4×4 automatic, the updated Koleos will have 4×2 and 4×4 6-speed manual variants in addition to the 4×4 automatic. \u00a0Powering the Koleos is the same 2.0-litre dCi engine from before. The SUV now develops 150 PS of power in the 4×2 variant and an extra 23 PS in the 4×4 variants.<\/p>\n

The 4×4 manual is the fastest of the lot with 0-100kmph completed in 9.9 seconds, while the 4×4 AT gets 100kmph in 11.9 seconds. The vehicle has a fuel efficiency of 17.15 kmpl in 4X2 manual option, 16.26 kmpl in 4X4 manual option and 14.56 kmpl in 4X4 automatic transmission guise.<\/p>\n

Hill Start Assistance as well as Hill Descent Controls, 6 airbags and ESP makes the new Renault Koleos a very feature rich and safe vehicle in its class. Other features Bose Energy Efficient Series sound system, include dual zone automatic air conditioning with rear vents, powered driver & passenger seats, split tail gate, ingenious & modular storage options, Rain sensing wipers and Dusk sensing head lamps.<\/p>\n

The new Renault Koloes will be available in 4 colour options – White Pearl, Ultra Silver, Black Metallic and Maple Red.
