Ducati took the wraps off the new 2015 Diavel<\/strong><\/em>, at the 8th Geneva International Motor Show in Switzerland.<\/p>\n

2015 Diavel comes with a second-generation bike with a modified Testastretta engine with the new dual spark version. It also gets a shortened exhaust system, restyled intake scoops and LED headlamp and indicators integrated under the rear seat. \u00a0The rest of the 2015 Diavel remains the same with its traction control system, three engine maps, trellis frame and Marzocchi\/Sachs suspension.<\/p>\n

The bike weighs 210kg and gets a 17-litre fuel tank. For breaking it uses twin 320mm disc brakes with ABS at the front and 265mm disc with ABS at the rear.<\/p>\n

The 1198cc Testastretta engine that powers the 2015 Diavel has 11 degrees of valve overlap, along with new intake and exhaust ports. The peak power, at 162 hp, remains the same as earlier, it is now attained at 9,250 rpm, 250 rpm lower than before. \u00a0The new dual spark system will improve fuel economy by raising the compression ratio from 11.5 to 12.5:1.<\/p>\n

The new 2015 Ducati will be available in two models- Dark Stealth and Diavel Carbon. For Diavel Carbon there will be two colour options: Ducati Red with Matte Carbon and a red frame and Star White with Matte Carbon and a white frame.<\/p>\n
