Samsung were one of Google’s earliest partners in the Chromebook. It’s been over a year since the company launched a new Chromebook. Now, refreshing its line-up, Samsung has announced the Chromebook 2<\/strong> which comes in 11- and 13-inch screen sizes.<\/p>\n

Samsung Chromebook 2 Specifications and Features<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The new Samsung Chromebook 2 models<\/em> have a new design that replaces the shiny silver plastic of the older Chromebook<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>with a softer, faux leather look that\u2019s similar to the stitched design of Samsung\u2019s Note 3.The smaller 11-inch screen will be available in two colours- Jet Black and Classic White Colours while the bigger 13-ich model will come only in Luminous Titan Gray.<\/p>\n

The 11-inch model sports a 1,366 x 768 display and measures 11.40 in. x 8.06 in. x 0.66 in and weighs 1.1Kg. While the larger 13-inch sports a 1920 x 1080 Full HD display and measures 12.72 inches x 8.80 in. x 0.65 in and weighs 1.3KG. The 13-inch model also has a large battery life.<\/p>\n

Both models have 4 GB of DDR3 memory, 16 GB of embedded flash storage (with 100 GB of Google Drive storage on top of that); a 720p Webcam; and one HDMI out, USB 3.0, and USB 2.0 port, respectively. There’s also a microSD slot, as well as headphone and mic jacks.<\/p>\n
