After a gap of 6 years, city is getting ready to host this fest from tomorrow. City will host the fest from March 12<sup>th<\/sup> to 16<sup>th<\/sup>. The events will be staged across 10 venues. Around 4000 students from 250 colleges will be competing for 81 cultural events. The Youth Festival will be inaugurated by famous poet Sugathakumari at Senate Hall at 4PM.<\/p>\n<p>The main venue of the fest will be Senate Hall. 15 new events have been added his year. The new events includes ones like Rangoli, Poster making, Ghazal, Tabla, Spot Photography etc. The events will begin as soon as the inauguration gets over. Kathakali, Kathaprasangam and Thiruvathirakkali will be the opening events of the fest. As per the reports, the number of participating colleges and students has increased greatly. The other venues for the fest will be University College, Fine Arts College, Women\u2019s College, Department of Music, Government Sanskrit College and Ayurveda College.
