Consolidating its presence in luxury segment, BMW has launched the BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo<\/strong> in India at a price of Rs 42.75 lakh.<\/p>\n

The all-new BMW 3Series Gran Turismo combines the sporty yet elegant character of a coupe with high functionality and versatile interior. The car has an elegant coupe-style roofline and the frameless side windows make the latest vehicle look even more stylish.<\/p>\n

The interior design is pleasant and ensures first-class luxury comfort. The fine-wood interior trim with Pearl Chrome accent lines and countless chrome inlays blends seamlessly into the exquisite overall design. Being a luxury vehicle, Gran Turismo offers a wide legroom and much width. The cargo function increases the 520-litres boot space by up to 33-litres which can even be increased by folding rear seats.<\/p>\n

\"2014<\/p>\n

The BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo packs 2.0-litre Twin-power turbo four cylinder diesel engine which can deliver a power of 184 bhp at 4,000 rpm and a peak torque of 380 Nm. The car can accelerate from 0 to 100kmph in 7.9 seconds and can attain a top speed of 226 kmph. BMW claims a fuel economy of 19.59 km\/l.<\/p>\n

A speciality of the car include an active rear spoiler which is automatically deployed at 110 km\/h and retracted at speeds below 70 km\/h to increase stability when driving fast. Another distinctive feature of the car is its \u2018Air Breathers\u2019 integrated elegantly into the vehicle\u2019s flanks, which reduce turbulence and reduce drag.<\/p>\n

Gran Turismo will be available in Alpine White, Black Sapphire, Glacier Silver, Imperial Blue and Sparkling Brown.<\/p>\n
