HTC has launched a mini-variant of its flagship HTC One (M8)<\/a> smartphone – the HTC One mini 2<\/strong>. The device has the same premium feel as the One (M8) in terms of design and looks; although the Mini 2 is smaller in size. It measures 137.43×65.04×10.6mm and weighs 137 grams.<\/p>\n

HTC One Mini 2 features a 4.5-inch HD Super LCD 3 display with 720p resolution (720×1280 pixels) display and offers a pixel density of 326ppi. The device is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor with a memory of 1GB of RAM. The internal memory is 16GB but can be expanded up to 128GB. Mini 2 is powered by a 2,100mAh battery which provides decent backup. Just like M8, One mini 2 runs Android 4.4 KitKat with Sense 6.0 UI on top.<\/p>\n

The One Mini 2 doesn\u2019t have M8’s duo rear camera setup or UltraPixel camera. Instead it sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with BSI sensor and an f\/2.2 lens. It also packs a 5-megapixel front-facing camera capable of capturing 1080p videos. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GLONASS, GPS, NFC, Micro-USB and 3G.<\/p>\n
