Sahridhaya a not-for-profit organization is hosting an awareness campaign to raise awareness about the dangers of alcohol and drugs. The event called \u2018The Rain\u2019s Coming\u2019<\/strong> will be hosted at Shankumugham Beach on 31st May Saturday from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.<\/p>\n The event will be one posing a general question for the public as well as for the students who are the victims of substance abuse. Young people have lots of questions about alcohol and drugs, questions about how to avoid getting in trouble and questions about helping a friend or family members.\u00a0 They can ask questions to experts to learn more about substance abuse and get help.<\/p>\n The Rain\u2019s Coming \u00a0event includes many fun-filled activates and cultural programs such as dance performances, musical night and activities like sand castle building, drawing competition and minutes to win it games. Sahridhaya is also hosting a street play titled ‘Fire of Change’ aimed at creating a spark of change among the society.<\/p>\n There is also a fund raising program aimed at the upliftment of children.
