<\/p>\nSamsung has launched the camera-variant of the Galaxy S5, the Galaxy K zoom in India at a price of Rs. 29,999. Galaxy K zoom is now up for pre-order exclusively on Amazon India and will be available for delivery from July 9.<\/p>\n
First launched in April, Galaxy K zoom is the second camera-specialised smartphone from Samsung after the Galaxy S4 Zoom. Galaxy K zoom sports a 20.7-megapixel BSI CMOS sensor at the back accompanied by a Xenon flash. It features optical image stabilizer (OIS) for low-light imaging and supports 10x optical zoom.<\/p>\n

Other advanced features of the camera include Auto Focus\/ Auto Exposure Separation, Pro Suggest mode that offers 5 optimized filter settings, Selfie Alarm offers users to take timed selfies. The smartphone also has a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.<\/p>\n

In terms of specs, the Galaxy K zoom sports a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED HD (720×1280 pixels) display. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat and is powered by a\u00a0 hexa-core processor ( quad-core 1.3GHz and a dual-core 1.7GHz) and 2GB of RAM. The device has an inbuilt storage of 8GB which can be expanded up to 64GB via microSD card.<\/p>\n

The battery has a rating of 2430mAh battery which offers good backup. The Galaxy K zoom will be available in two variants – LTE and 3G – while other connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Micro-USB and NFC.<\/p>\n
