To give an impetus to the entrepreneurship culture among the youth in Kerala, Technopark Trivandrum is hosting a workshop titled \u2018Technopreneur 14\u2019 on July 22 at Travancore Hall, Technopark.<\/p>\n
Organized by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR) and TePP (Technopreneur Promotion Programme) Outreach Cum Cluster Innovation Centre, Technopreneur 14 will serve as a platform for technology entrepreneurs to know more about the business opportunities. The workshop targets prospective innovators, student innovators, start-up companies and MSME clusters.<\/p>\n
\u2018Technopreneur 14\u2019 will introduce innovators to the funding mechanism, promoting innovations in individuals, start-ups and MSMEs of the department. It will focus on creating awareness on converting ideas into reality to become successful “technopreneurs’. Successful entrepreneurs will share their experience with the youngsters.<\/span><\/p>\n Technopreneur will help the budding innovators to transform their ideas to technical prototypes and later into market value prototypes using PRISM (Promoting Innovations in Individuals, Start-ups and MSMEs) funding mechanisms of DSIR.
