Trivandrum International Airport managed to get a score of 4.28 during the April-June period which is a slight improvement when compared to 4.26 during the January-march period.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>In terms of global ranking Trivandrum International Airport secured 60th position. At 11th place Calicut International airport was ranked lowest in the country. With a score of 4.14 the airport has a global ranking of 102.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>ACI conducts the Survey among 226 International airports on quarterly basis. It considers 33 parameters to assess the satisfaction level of passengers, both international and domestic, on a 5-point scale.<\/p>\n<p>Airport Service Quality survey is conducted at 11 major airports of AAI by Airport Council International (ACI) including Ahmedabad, Calicut, Chennai, Goa, Guwahati, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Pune, Srinagar and Trivandrum.
