Downtown Technopark will create supporting infrastructure facilities like commercial retail space, hotels and a plug and play concept office for start-ups and small businesses. The project is expected to generate about 25,000 direct and <strong>75,000<\/strong> indirect job opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>The US-headquartered MNCS Taurus Investment Holdings and its partners Hansji Corporation and Rose Global, LLC, had won the project through the Swiss Challenge method.\u00a0\u00a0 However, final approval for the project has been hanging fire for months reportedly due to certain reservations of the Department of Industries. It was also one of the flagship projects showcased during the Emerging Kerala Meet in 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Downtown Technopark will attract world\u2019s best companies and employees to the capital city. The whole project once completed will help to improve the quality of life of the employees in Technopark.<\/p>\n<p>Taurus India is a fully owned subsidiary of Taurus Investment Holdings LLC.
