Technopark has received a government order sanctioning <strong>19.73 acres<\/strong> for 90 years to THR India Ventures LCC.<\/p>\n<p>Taurus Investment Holdings, had received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Technopark and the company will start working on the modalities of the framework agreement soon.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-21161\" src=\"http:\/\/news.entecity.com\/files\/2014\/10\/ajay-prasad-taurus-downtown.jpg\" alt=\"ajay-prasad-taurus-downtown\" width=\"80\" height=\"91\" \/>&#8220;We would have to get our SPVs in place in accordance with RBI guidelines which could take between 90-180 days after which we could get the lease agreement officiated.&#8221; Said Taurus MD (Indian projects), Ajay Prasad.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Taurus has already started networking with possible clients for the IT\/ITES space and also to raise <strong>Rs 72.57 crore<\/strong> required to get the project started. &#8220;Of the six different companies we&#8217;ve approached, three are fortune 100 companies,&#8221; said Ajay Prasad.<\/p>\n<p>The company has many projects on anvil including a hotel by Hilton group and a 50,000 sq ft incubation centre. Top priority is given to the incubation centre. For this, the company is in talks with three universities, two German and one North American university.<\/p>\n<p>Downtown Technopark project is expected to be complete in three years at an investment of Rs. 1,200-crore. The project envisages a development of over 20 lakh sq.ft of IT space in Technopark Phase III.
