Click here<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Around 91% of the survey respondents said business outlook, for the coming half year, has improved, while 88% said employment outlook has increased. The job growth is expected to follow suit at a rate of 12.8%.<\/p>\n<p>Among the cities, the business sentiment is strongest in Delhi (25% more), Mumbai (+14%) and Pune (+20%). The improvement in employment outlook is not just confined to metros cities. Tier II cities like Trivandrum, Aurangabad, Visakhapatnam, Kota, Ajmer and Meerut are some of the new catchment areas which recruiters have identified to hire from over the next half year.<\/p>\n<p>While IT, Healthcare &amp; Pharma and Retail seems to be the primary drivers, Telecom, FMCD, FMCG and Financial Services also contribute to the upward movement in the hiring sentiment, the report said.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from the location and climate, Trivandrum has many factors right in making it a leader amongst Tier II cities for IT and Healthcare. It is an education hub and houses many top notch R&amp;D institutes. Due to better quality of life the city offers, many young graduates want to work in the city rather than metros.
