Amritha Hotel has been famous as a meeting ground of the film fraternity in Trivandrum. Many stars like Mohanlal, Mammootty, Prem Nazir prefered to stay at this hotel. Also the bar which has been closed now attracted many celebrities from the literary and cultural world. Many stars preferred to stay here as the cuisine was said to be delicious.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-21232\" src=\"http:\/\/news.entecity.com\/files\/2014\/10\/hotel-amritha-683x513.jpg\" alt=\"hotel amritha\" width=\"683\" height=\"513\" srcset=\"https:\/\/entecity.com\/news\/files\/2014\/10\/hotel-amritha-683x513.jpg 683w, https:\/\/entecity.com\/news\/files\/2014\/10\/hotel-amritha-120x90.jpg 120w, https:\/\/entecity.com\/news\/files\/2014\/10\/hotel-amritha.jpg 933w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 683px) 100vw, 683px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Among the 418 bars which were closed in April the bar of Amritha was also closed. The restaurant continued to be open. The demolition of the restaurant came close on the heels of the damage to the hall by fire. Though complaints have been lodged by the owners with the police regarding this incident, nobody has been arrested so far.
