The new action plan would be applied during contingencies, including fire outbreak and any other instance of natural disasters.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>According to action plan the maximum time for response from the police would be 15 minutes.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>According to action plan the maximum time for response from the police would be 15 minutes. As per the action plan special duties are given to senior officials, such as mobilizing personnel and equipment, informing other department officials, evacuating people from the area and clearing roads to facilitate the movement of emergency vehicles, including fire force vehicles and ambulances.<\/p>\n<p>The rescue team will be given all the necessary equipment needed for conducting rescue operations.\u00a0 This include public address system, ropes, fire extinguishers, lifebuoys, axe, stretchers, hand held choppers, shovels, crow bars, helmets, body protectors, portable emergency light towers, water tankers, life jackets, ambulance with medical kits, sand bags and night vision cameras.<\/p>\n<p>City special branch assistant commissioner must inform other department heads such as district collector and other officials.
