Initially only the petrol variant will be available and the company plans to launch the diesel variant next year.<\/p>\n<p>C-class sedan looks very much similar to S class as it has borrowed a lot of styling and design cues from it. The C-Class features a long bonnet that merges into the twin-slat grille. It has head-lamps, a low stance and short front overhangs. The car\u2019s tail lamps, rear bumper, boot lid and rear bumper are an imitation of the S-Class.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-21520 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/news.entecity.com\/files\/2014\/11\/Mercedes-Benz-C-Class-Front.jpg\" alt=\"Mercedes-Benz C-Class Front\" width=\"570\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Mercedes Benz C-Class offers best-in-class cabin space and features. The vehicle gets a bigger panoramic sunroof and panoramic glass in the rear, LED ambient cabin lighting with the option to select three colours, reversing camera, panoramic sliding sunroof, keyless starting function and a 480 litre boot. Other features include electric seat adjustment with memory for both the front seats, a TFT touch screen with 3D navigation and a 13 speaker Burmester surround sound system.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-21519 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/news.entecity.com\/files\/2014\/11\/Mercedes-Benz-C-Class-Cabin.jpg\" alt=\"Mercedes-Benz C-Class Cabin\" width=\"570\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Under the hood Mercedes-Benz C-Class is powered by a 2 litre, four-cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine with direct injection, said to be the most powerful engine in its class. The engine delivers 181 hp of power at 5,500 rpm, and a maximum torque of 300 Nm, between 1,200-1,400 rpm, and has a top speed of 235 km\/h. The engine is mated to a 7 speed automatic transmission and has a claimed fuel efficiency of <strong>14.74 km per litre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-21518 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/news.entecity.com\/files\/2014\/11\/Mercedes-Benz-C-Class-Back.jpg\" alt=\"Mercedes-Benz C-Class Back\" width=\"570\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On the safety front, the car comes with 7 airbags, ESP with curve dynamic assist, ABS, ARS (traction control) and brake assist.
