19th edition of the International Film Festival Kerala (IFFK) witnessed some unpleasant incidents such as protests, clash between delegates and most importantly, behaviour of certain delegates at the fete.<\/p>\n
Many complained about the unruly behaviour of some people, causing disturbances to other delegates who come to attend the film festival. That\u2019s all going to change from now on. City Police has decided to prepare a \u2018black list\u2019 of habitual offenders in the film festival.<\/p>\n
\u201cIn the case of the International Film Festival of Kerala, we are assisting the organisers to avoid law and order issues on their premises. So, a detailed plan is needed from next year itself to avoid such issues, hence a list with the names and details of the habitual offenders who come as delegates is urgent,\u201d said City Police Chief H Venkatesh to IE.<\/p>\n

There are complaints against some delegates and the police are having difficulty in monitoring the festival premises. Commissioner also said that if the film festival organisers are willing to give the list of those delegates who are troublemakers, then the police will take action accordingly.<\/p>\n
It is also learnt that, the police themselves are making a list of anti-socials roaming around the IFFK premises and creating trouble. The list will be handed over to the IFFK organisers so that unpleasent issues can be avoided next time.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
