Superb&#8217;s slightly dumpy rear three-quarter look is gone and a coup\u00e9-like roofline and flared, muscular shoulders has taken its place. The corporate grille sits prominently and is flanked by angular headlights. The front of the vehicle has a low nose and short front overhangs giving a sporty profile just like the Volkswagen Passat.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-22592 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/news.entecity.com\/files\/2015\/02\/Skoda-Superb-Dashboard-768x511.jpg\" alt=\"Skoda Superb Dashboard\" width=\"742\" height=\"493\" srcset=\"https:\/\/entecity.com\/news\/files\/2015\/02\/Skoda-Superb-Dashboard-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/entecity.com\/news\/files\/2015\/02\/Skoda-Superb-Dashboard-222x148.jpg 222w, https:\/\/entecity.com\/news\/files\/2015\/02\/Skoda-Superb-Dashboard.jpg 1013w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 742px) 100vw, 742px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Coming to inside, the car has a sober affair with the dash featuring Skoda&#8217;s conventional style. \u00a0Skoda also claims rear legroom is double that available in the Insignia. There\u2019s a bigger boot, too, at 625 litres. Owners can also specify \u2018Virtual Pedal\u2019 \u2013 this sees the boot open when the driver waves their foot under the rear bumper. Skoda has also includes a small umbrella located in each front door. Petrol variant is powered by a 148bhp 1.4 and a high-performance engine from the SEAT Leon Cupra 280\u00a0 and a 2.0-litre turbo with 276bhp, four-wheel drive and a dual-clutch DSG gearbox.
