It doesn’t require extreme physical fitness, it’s enjoyable for everybody who is in good health. Moreover you don\u2019t need to undergo\u00a0any extensive training to try Scuba diving.<\/p>\n

The public can participate in scuba diving activities from Tuesday onwards on payment of a prescribed fee. The trainers will first give small class about the diving gears and other equipment. After you are underwater, the trainers will give one hour training on how to breathe, mask clearing and regulate the regulator. Those who were scuba diving for the first time would be allowed to go down to a depth of five to eight metres, while those who had prior experience could dive up to 25 metres. The dives would be for 20 minutes to half an hour.<\/p>\n
