Minister said that Anantha had started showing results. Earlier, the flood water took about 10 to 12 hours to drain from Thampanoor and East Fort areas. But now in less than two hours, water flows out of these places.<\/p>\n
\u2018\u2019It is always seen that the silt cleared from the canals are disposed of and the canals are covered with slabs once the cleaning is over. But the monsoon has delayed certain works,\u2019\u2019 Ali said.<\/p>\n
Multiple departments were being coordinated by the Kerala Road Fund Board as part of this operation.<\/p>\n
