The Kerala Tourism Development Corporation has launched a new variety of Palpaysam called the the \u2018Ananthapuri Palpayasam\u2019\u00a0at Hotel Chaithram at Thampanoor.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Made on the lines of Ambalappuzha Palpayasam, Ananthapuri Palpayasam is a new recipe, and is made from cow\u2019s milk.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Made on the lines of Ambalappuzha Palpayasam, Ananthapuri Palpayasam is a new recipe, and is made from cow\u2019s milk. It will be available every day. The payasam will be served at an exclusive counter at Chaitram from 10 am to 1 pm and 4 pm to 8 pm. It will cost <strong>Rs 25, per cup<\/strong>. KTDC has shared the rates for a litre and half a litre of the payasam- Rs 200 and Rs 100 respectively.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>It will be available every day at\u00a0an exclusive counter at Chaitram.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>When it comes to payasam KTDC always comes up with wide variety of Payasams to tickle the taste buds of payasam lovers. During this Onam, KTDC offered a new range of payasam varieties made of vegetables, fruits and even dates. Every Onam, KTDC organizes a Payasam Mela at Hotel Chaithram. They have recipes of around 20 varieties of payasams over the years. KTDC says that Trivandrumites are fonder of \u2018Kadala\u2019 and \u2018Ada\u2019.
