A two-hour movie in high definition version will be about 2.2GB size,\u201d- Radius Infratel CEO Rajnish Wahi.<\/p>\n<p>The names of the<a title=\"Mobile internet in India to takeover Broadband\" href=\"http:\/\/news.entecity.com\/mobile-internet-in-india-to-takeover-broadband\/\" target=\"_blank\"> internet service<\/a> providers or the cities that will get ultra-fast connection first, still remain unknown. He also said that Radius Infratel has partnered with many companies including DLF, Emaar MGF, Unitech, Vipul, ATS, Ansal, Omaxe, M3M, Mantri, Prateek and Paramount for laying fiber optic network across the country which is the backbone of the 1Gbps broadband internet.<\/p>\n<p>One of the big player in the field Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) is already offering\u00a0<strong>&#8216;<\/strong>fiber to the home<strong>&#8216;<\/strong>\u00a0(FTTH) plans. Under the plan you will get 20Mbps download speeds at a charge of Rs 2590 per month. Another major player is the Bharti Airtel and their FTTH plans are currently available in Delhi-NCR. The <strong>Airtel&#8217;s FTTH plan offers<\/strong> 100Mbps speed up to 175GB and 512Kbps thereafter, for Rs5299.<\/p>\n<p>The world\u2019s first 1Gbps Internet service was launched in Kansas City in United States by\u00a0Google Inc\u00a0as a part of\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Google Fiber&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0services. The 1Gbps connection is currently the world&#8217;s fastest internet connection.<\/p>\n<p>With this revolutionary fiber technology Internet, Telephone, TV cable connections and even Electricity can be converged onto a single connection.
