Kerala Tourism will execute the project with the help of the agencies in the approved panel.<\/p>\n<p>The fund is for creating the infrastructure facilities around Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple. A Tourist Information Centre, restoration of Padmatheertham, cloak rooms, waiting halls in east nada, bathing complex, drinking water fountain and signages figure in the facilities will be created. Apart from these, a 5.2-km Heritage Walk Corridor around the temple will be created and six fort gates and fort walls will be restored to former glory. \u00a0The pathway way to the entrance will be paved using granite and solar powered lights will be installed.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The pathway way to the entrance will be paved using granite and solar powered lights will be installed.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The Centre has accorded sanction for spiritual tourism circuit and eco-tourism projects in the state with a total budget estimate of Rs.200 crore. Under the spiritual tourism circuit,\u00a0 Sree Padmanabha Swamy temple got Rs87.44 crore while, Sabarimala and Sree Parthasarthy Temple, Aranmula got\u00a0 Rs6.3 crore and Rs6.05 crore respectively.<\/p>\n<p>With regard to eco-tourism circuit, the scenic high-range spot Gavi at Pathanamthitta would be connected with Wagamon and famous Thekkady wild life sanctuary.
