The counters will be functioning at Putharikandam ground, Poojapura ground and Jagathy ground on March 30th from 7 a.m to 1 p.m.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Materials like CFL lights, Tube lights, which were collected last time are not included under the initiative.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The plan is to have an entire clear out in all wards of the city.
