In a bid to stop illogical fare charged by private taxis, Trivandrum Railway Station will soon introduce prepaid taxi service.<\/p>\n
The prepaid taxi service was announced during the inauguration of the prepaid auto counters by Union Minister Suresh Prabhu in February.<\/p>\n

For the prepaid taxi service, a new structure will be constructed near reservation building at the railway station. Around 50 taxis registered with the railway station will be included in the prepaid service.<\/p>\n
